Pros
The organizations goal to help women receive reproductive healthcare is good, but that's about it.
Cons
Everything other than the mission is horrible. If I could score negatively, I would. I'd pick any retail or food service position I previously had (with a huge pay cut) over going back to Adagio. The upper management is the worst I have ever seen. You can't even safely go to HR because the person who is the biggest issue oversees the head of HR. In the short time I was there (months not years), I saw 6 people (within the 4 small departments I interacted with) get fired or "leave" with no warning or notice. You likely won't see anyone sharing the truth who currently works there in fear of losing their job. I waited a long time before even posting for fear of retaliation when future employment opportunities arise... this is NOT a place you want to be or a position you ever want to be in. To all women seeking services: I am happy that they provide services and you are able to get the care that you need. It is just terribly unfortunate that there is so much corruption and bullying behind the scenes of this nonprofit.
