*No HR department *Work environment is very demanding and next to no training is offered. *Most of the properties are not fit for living due to mould, rubbish or damage but the management don't care and joke about it. *Staff don't last and can be hired then fired within weeks due to the CEO's lack of patience. Longest serving members are the family of the CEO. *The Senior letting manager is a bully to both customers and employees with no intervention taken by the CEO.

If you are looking to start a career here then please look somewhere else. Ceo's there is zero personal skills and zero care for employees. There is, unsurprisingly, an extremely high turnover of staff with most people leaving within 6 months of starting, and there are no long serving members of staff.

There is no progress people are under paid and under valued HR is non existent and there is no training budget in place. It is a small company without proper infrastructure.
