      Fantastic benefits and generally collegial culture

      Cons

      Salaries are lower than market (though of course benefits have a $$ value) and they call themselves a "lifestyle" firm but that's only for the favored few. Depending on role, be prepared to work your BUTT off!

      Safe work environment, employer who cares, full benefits, opportunities to advance and learn/train

      As with all places of employment, some gossip. But management does its best to weed out the toxic folk.
