      Abundant deals flow and pipelines Easy work Opportunities to involve in different activities

      Cons

      Too much politics and bad morale made people very selfish (ironically, named "best place to work" for many years) Harsh and toxic culture especially from upper management Suggestions for improvement will not be taken into consideration and even held against you Confusing and questionable decisions were frequently made business wise

      You will learn a lot

      Cons

      No more equity program for all employees. Becoming way too corporate. New CFO doesn’t give a you know what about anyone besides himself and his team in NY. CEO is based out of Austin while everyone else is out of Chicago/NY/Menlo/etc.
