Pros

They care more about the kids and their staff than any other aba company I have worked for. They recognize that the kids are kids and deserve to play and be kids while also doing therapy. Good pay, 40 hours a week, tons of experience. I am working on my Masters degree and they were more than willing to help me get my hours as well as giving me great opportunities to learn and grow.

Cons

PTO and vacation days could be a little more.

Flexibility. Consistent attempts to improve. Always trying to find ways to offer every employee across the board an opportunity for growth. Overall support and encouragement to maintain a healthy work life balance.

Cons

ABA can be a very difficult field to work in for a multitude of reasons out of your control.
