      Your boss is specific and works with you if you have an appointment scheduled in the morning.

      Cons

      Every 6 month review you get a pay raise as a possibility. Pay raises are low. Unless you get promoted.

      Pros

      Interactions with the clients can be wholesome, and relaxed middle management. My manager is really chill. His manager's manager, not so much.

      Cons

      Complete inability to properly communicate anything to anyone including staff, clients, or medical professionals. Insurance is absolutely horrible. Training is horrible. Expectations of technicians are completely unreasonable. New company policies are counter productive and absolutely disruptive.
