Pros
The top talent is very good at what they do and they are very helpful when it comes to learning or sharing knowledge for individuals to grow. I was not an entry-level position when starting but still was able to learn a lot. The west coast office has a more flexible working environment where you can do your job without feeling like you are part of a large uncaring enterprise.
Cons
I get a sense that the parent company, Inventiv Health has no idea what we do. They made us change our emails which is an issue when you have been in a sales relationship with people and earned their trust, these clients know nothing about Inventiv or healthcare and now we have to explain that to them, wasting client time and jeopardizing trust.
