AddOns Inc is a small, but growing, organization with great leadership and sets high goals on what we can accomplish together. Because we're small, we get to be very agile to make quick decision and really focus on doing what's right by the customer vs red tape around what can or can not be done to do what's in the best interest of the client. The teams have amazing talent and always willing to help in any instance and provide direction and education when you ask for it. Everyone wants to see you successful which creates a really great team environment.

Being a small organization there isn't a plush, documented onboarding or training process. It's a little more of a learn as you go. We're actively working on developing more structure around this, but if you don't work well without structure this isn't for you.

Constantly evolving processes and procedures, naming conventions, and other facets of the company organization and policies which causes confusion and turmoil. Burnout across the entire company which is recognized and felt by management but with no near-term plans for change or resolution. Not enough staff to keep up with the workload.
