      They skimp on everything. They definitely do not put employees first. Everything is about the almighty dollar. Low pay scale.

      Rewarding work for the community you live in.

      Cons

      Depending on your branch you'll have completely different experiences. My Branch Manager had no business being in her position and made work a waking nightmare.
