      Pros

      Quick to hire, you will be part of a union, 30 days of working 30 hours or more and they provide insurance and benefits.

      Cons

      Lack of communication between staff and clients. They don't have efficient safety protocols for staff or clients. Just call 911 if they fall. Minimal training. Walked into the office multiple times to hear staff talking bad about employees and clients.

      This company overall is unprofessional when it comes to interviews. They schedule you an interview and never call. Don’t expect anything from this company they don’t bother to notify you they are not interested. Unprofessional hiring management
