      - Uncapped commission - Positive company culture - Leaders truly care and push you to grow. There are resources available whenever needed. - Overall just wonderful!

      Cons

      - It can be dog eat dog at a staffing firm and some recruiters will step on your toes to get ahead - Lack of transparency at times - If you are not a salesperson or comfortable at cold calling prospective clients and candidates, this is not the role for you
