Pros
Learn new skills very quick from the massive work load Co-workers are pretty great but will quit regularly
Cons
-Forced return to office only for those living locally -Unreasonable workload - 60-70 hour weeks including weekends -Promotion completely depend on your manager and if Omnicom has the budget -Regularly working outside of role responsibilities -Senior Managers routinely do not show up for meetings including ones with clients and leave you to fend for yourself -Below average PTO -Terrible pay especially for the amount of hours working -High turnover including SVPs and Directors -Management does not listen to concerns of the employees and continues to accept more work even when capacity is maxed out -Client management is a "Yes" machine that never pushes back on clients and leads to quick turnarounds on requests, workload increases, and more turnover -Cancelled roll over vacation -Continued roll back of benefits
