      Pros

      Adept is great because you’re able to get exposure to numerous industries and clients.

      Cons

      Being a contractor/consultant can be tough at times because you aren’t an actual part of the team that you are typically working with day to day.

      Pros

      I liked the opportunity to work with a big CPG as a Contractor, it allowed me to develop my skills as a packaging engineer as well as get to know a lot of different colleagues. The support from the Account manager is good and they want you to succeed not just for them but for yourself as well.

      Cons

      The contract renewals aren't discussed extensively and sometimes there is a lack of communication.

      Great minority owned and lead company with excellent benefits. Wide range of opportunities and company caters jobs to your experience and strengths

      Cons

      Really not much in terms of cons unless you don’t like working remotely
