- Swung hard from a generative, creative, empowered org 2-3 years ago to all sorts of one-sided authoritarian decisions since the merger - A select few people call the shots and can overwrite anyone's input - Lack of psych safety, real listening, or open dialogue about issues - A lot of propping up leadership as a means of advancement and "imagine the amazing future" but the reality doesn't reflect that - Little to no pay adjustments over years despite contributions - Challenges working with teammates in decision-making roles who are part time or constantly on vacation - Platform has promise but is super buggy and requires much troubleshooting on the back end and invisible work that is not valued

In my 8 months as a Global HR and Operations Manager at Adeption, I've had the privilege of working in a dynamic and supportive environment where work-life balance is not just a buzzword, but a reality.
