Actions and words from the CEO seemed misaligned/confusing. One day pitching a massive transformation to lead the global market in digital classifieds, the following day selling out the people and teams that made him successful. Constant and massive transformations with change in leadership has made the amazing and hard work of the last 3-5 just pointless. Great professionals ghosted and made redundant, fight for survival in the local brands. This company does not care about people anymore. It was not always like that though, but the harsh truth today.
