1yThank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We find it important to address your review directly as we do not have a record of a Project Manager with your tenure leaving our team. At Adi, we foster a culture of transparency, and our team members—Adians—are candid. If they have concerns, they aren’t afraid to speak openly so that we can address concerns as a team.
That said, we are incredibly proud of the improvements we’ve made as a company. We have significantly enhanced both our internal culture and our customer experience through process improvement initiatives and direct engagement with employees and homeowners. One of the strongest testaments to this progress is the fact that we have reduced our warranty claims by over 90%, with our most recent communities seeing less than 10% of 30-day Tarion forms submitted. This reflects the relentless dedication of our team, our commitment to quality, and the continuous improvement mindset that drives us forward.
