Pros

Hybrid work but norhing else

Cons

The problems here start at the top. Senior management is deeply out of touch with both the industry and with running a healthy organization. Decisions are made by people who lack the competence for their roles, and it shows in every direction the company takes. There’s constant talk about innovation and becoming a modern company, but it remains exactly that — talk. Financially, salaries are acceptable, but don’t expect growth or raises over time. The company sees compensation as a checkbox, not a tool for retaining talent. What’s more alarming is the employment structure. Employees are required to work full-time through their own registered companies, which appears to be a deliberate mechanism to avoid paying employer taxes and providing standard labor protections. This is a serious red flag from both a legal and ethical standpoint. Layoffs are frequent and poorly handled — people are let go with no notice, sometimes shortly after being hired. There is no sense of job security, and the lack of transparency around these decisions creates a climate of anxiety.
