- Really human team that really cares about you and your needs - Close work between all players and departments in the company - Chance to grow that's directly related to performance and merit - A team of very skilled people with some of the most robust and technical backgrounds I've seen while working in Marketing

- The house has some serious difficulties to retain qualified and trained talent - A lot of hours of very intense work, and even with the company's support burnout is likely at some point (although it has been improving a lot) - Some of the leadership in the house could be definitely improved
