      - Lots of smart, dedicated employees - Generous salary, PTO policies and other benefits - Many opportunities to learn and grow

      Cons

      - Rocky transition as the company gets more tightly integrated into its parent corporation - Some degree of culture clash between the US and Europe teams

      Everyone is very smart and always willing to help and teach you

      Cons

      The products are so complex that even with 1 year, it's still pretty hard to say that you're 100% knowledgable about everything. But I don't think this is a bad thing.

      Pros

      Folks are friendly but the remote product, legal and finance team are impossible to reach.

      Cons

      Not the most organized organization and you do not really feel the support of the mothership (SXM).
