Above average pay. Most co-workers are good hearted and caring.
Cons
Plenty of overtime that takes time away from your family and personal life. No communication from a horrible HR staff. Management policies changes often, no clear direction of the future. Infrastructure is so outdated with no preventive maintenance which leads to equipment failure.
