Pros

Great place to learn resilience, nothing builds character like surviving weekly reorgs and surprise layoffs.

Cons

Highly unstable environment, Forced resignations and layoffs are frequent and poorly communicated. CTO Swetha and top tech leadership were laid off, followed by multiple reorgs and waves of job cuts.(check news for authenticity) Every reorg = more layoffs. Your team, manager, or role can vanish overnight. New hires joke about 'surviving 6 months' and it’s not really a joke. People come in with anxiety about whether they'll last even half a year. HR lowballs experienced professionals, sometimes offering less than industry juniors. Campus hires are paid more than experienced engineers in many cases, which leads to frustration and high attrition. Raises and promotions are rare, and often arbitrary. Culture of fear, not innovation. Teams are focused on surviving, not thriving. No long term product vision. Priorities shift constantly depending on the latest exec shuffle.

Pros

A lot of schedule flexibility

Cons

There is a lot of favoritism/bad management, especially in the DC that I work in. (DC-41)

Pros

It’s a pretty easy job, very fun people to work with. Hours as a driver are pretty consistent.

Cons

The pay isn’t great. It would be nice if the drivers were making at least $17 or $18 an hour. Also benefits don’t extend to health insurance only dental and vision if you are only considered part-time. Anybody that isn’t the GM, CPP, and RPP are considered part-time, regardless of the hours you get.
