      They accommodate my part time availability.

      Cons

      They make you feel like you are not appreciated by hiring in new employees off the street making as much or more than you do with 2-6 years experience and then expect you to train them.

      Work life balance, nice office in North Hills, unlimited PTO and sometimes they provide lunch

      Cons

      The pay is not competitive at all. For this to be a Fortune 500 company you would think the pay would be better but honestly this is just a good company to have on your resume, gain the experience for about 6 months to a year and then start applying elsewhere.
