      Flexibility, reasonable hours, jobs for all types of people

      Cons

      Want you to be mechanics but want to pay you like cashiers. There is a corporate overlord mentality at times with regards to the district managers.

      If you're lucky fellow employees will be some friendly solid people. Schedule is rather flexible.
