      It’s an easy job if you’re good with people. Automotive knowledge is optional(unfortunately)

      Cons

      Pay isn’t worth it until you reach district manager. Unfortunately they only look for DMs outside of the company, it’s unlikely a GM will ever hit DM

      Advancement paths are not clear Upper management out of touch with working in a store Pay Bad managers are kept Unreliable schedules Constantly cutting hours Commercial is expected to grow while not having the proper resources Too difficult to fire a bad employee Open door policy is a lie
