Pros
Nice office(they since have moved locations though,) training and food expenses provided, medical & dental plans offered
Cons
In 2021, COVID spread prevention measures such as taking temperatures, patient symptom review, and staff testing were never done. Total lack of professionalism from the start. HR sent me forms to sign twice, only to have me fill them out a third time in person. Patient documents and legal forms were never prepared for the first week of opening. During my THIRD interview, they said they were a "boutique clinic." Which I guess they wanted to provide a unique spa like experience. The heated recliners, nature photos, and Himalayan salt lamps were simply a facade. I came to find out later that they did not truly offer holistic health. It was only a daily survey filled out on each visit with no referrals or resources. Here's something for your brain and nothing for your body! Insurance billing practices: Patients would often be discharged early and not receive their full appointment time because there was no buffer between patients. Patients should get their full appointment time WITH being safely monitored the entirety. Yet staff is expected to take vitals while camera monitor is not watched by anyone. Falls, seizures, respiratory, and circulatory issues are concerns that could be unnoticed. It was prioritized to get butts in seats and fill all time slots. I witnessed a dr give the wrong nasal ketamine bottle to the wrong patient. Dr. refused to respect pronouns and I was made very uncomfortable daily with this. I got reported for insubordination when I asked a coworker for help.
