      Pros

      Great Health insurance. Nice small perks from working there like the use of company cars for personal use (if needed), team building activities, etc. As with any MSP, there is a lot of opportunity to learn.

      Cons

      Pay is mediocre. Micromanagement is an issue. Hard to move up as there is some favoritism at play. Rewards more work rather than smart work.
