      Pros

      I am the Site Manager at the Platte County, MO location and I love my job. I am challenged every day to step up to the plate and I am learning new stuff every day. Our doctors are great, especially Dr Rakestraw who is always willing to take an extra minute to educate you when you have a question on something. I have never had an unpleasant experience when dealing with anyone at corporate office.

      Cons

      You have to be self motivated. At a lot of our facilities you are going to be the only nurse on duty and you need to have to motivation to know what needs to be done and to get it done. If you do not like working alone, this may not be the best placement for you.
