Pros

-Good Pay and Benefits, slightly less than top tech companies but still great. -Great Support, people are willing to help each other across teams. -Smart people. You will work a lot but learn a lot. DE to sales to leadership know what they're doing. -Flexible timing, even entry level engineers and interns can work remote at times. You choose when you come in/out. However, you get a lot of work, it adds up to more hours than you'd spend doing 9-5. Average engineer spends about 50hrs/week.

Cons

-Longer than average hours, avg about 50hrs per week. Not as bad as AI startups, but worse than some other tech companies -Sales org is a "boys club" -Feedback from VP's is almost always negative, even if you've done well expect the VPs to be mad. They're sharp and usually correct, but lean too far to the critical. Many I know are afraid to meet with the VPs, even for projects that are going well. However, team leads and local managers are much more amicable, and willing to shield you from a lot of this.

Pros

Engineering wise you can touch a lot of different systems whether it be FPGA, DC, RF, or C++ software Peers are very nice and fun to work with

Cons

Management can be rude and blunt which has it's time and place but here, it is more often than not. You can easily get siloed into doing very tedious tasks and sometimes it feels like you are working more on presentations than engineering so upper management doesn't berate you in front of everyone during a meeting. Lots of my peers occasionally work weekends, long extra hours, and go above and beyond for little recognition. Hard work is easily unnoticed here and under appreciated
