Pros

Nothing. You will work until you quit or get fired... moving up is near impossible and raises will not cover yearly housing increases or inflation.

Cons

See above. Also the leaders of the company beg employees to leave good reviews even if it means lying.... Recently paid sick was reduced to 3 days a year and doesn't renew until your anniversary . This means if you started in November you will not accumulate sick time for an entire year.... welcome to AMM!

Pros

During my three years at Advanced Medical Management. I can not express on how much health care experience I've gained after graduating during the time I was with the company. At AMM, I was pleased to work with such a great team and approachable leaders who well understood me. Very well mannered, professional and flexible with my schedule. Mangement was always available to help and answered all my questions. I really appreciate all the support I received and was never left unnoticed. This is a great place to work for if you are seeking for a health care career. I recommend this company to any recent grad or professionals. Over all great company with awesome benefits and yearly bonuses!

Cons

I only did my work and had no complaints.

Pros

The hybrid work schedule provides flexibility and supports a healthy work–life balance. Parking is convenient and easily accessible, which makes commuting stress-free. Employees have opportunities to work with different departments, allowing for skill development and broader experience. There are opportunities for internal mobility and career growth within the organization.

Cons

Workloads are often heavy, and expectations can feel excessive for the level of compensation provided. There is limited support from managers and leadership, which makes it challenging to feel guided or supported in the role. Opportunities for growth and advancement are minimal, and communication between teams is lacking—especially when workflow or process changes are introduced—leading to confusion and inefficiencies.
