Management is very down to earth and has great communication and interaction with employees. co workers get along, are friendly and willing to help each other out. the company always seems to be moving forward and striving to bring on new customers. I have enjoyed working here thus far in my career.

already running out of office space in new building

Coworkers were friendly and down to Earth. Offices are newly renovated. Not very stressful work environment. Easily able to contact management. At times, it was a fun place to work.

Lack of direction from management. Not a very strong force in the market. Very little room to advance professionally within the company. No strong sales force. Expect more responsibilities over time outside the area or profession you're working, and no recognition or reward for taking on the additional duties.
