Pros
I was only there a short time (1 mo) to fill in during the interim while they recruited for an HR Manager. The people were fun, the work was okay. Compensation great, benefits not so much.
Cons
Owners were fairly new. Seemed to be making some changes but did't fill me in on them. Small company equals expensive benefits.
