Must be able to multi-task and enjoy challenging work. This is a hard working team and you must be willing to take the job seriously. There is a lot to learn but the team is very supportive of new staff.

The training for the position of case manager/rehabilitation specialist is rigorous and thorough. While much of my work was remote, I never felt that I couldn't get a question answered within minutes. I had excellent support and communication with my direct supervisor and team.

Much of the work is remote, which can be difficult if you are not used to working at home/alone. There is a good deal of driving which is also solitary and isolating.
