Unfortunately, shortly after this offer was made, the employee failed to report to work for four consecutive days without notice or communication (no call, no shows), which is a direct violation of company policy and professional standards. Due to the nature of our industry, we seek individuals who are able to handle the workload professionally and appropriately.
