*This is a company that is a little newer however is positioning themselves to make a real impact locally, regionally and eventually nationally.
*The owners care for your opinion and want you to be heard
*Strategically don't go after any and all business but business that will be beneficial for the company, candidate and client
*Computers, phones and databases are all up to date. What more is really needed.
*Women owned
*Lots of experience and industry knowledge across the board in the company
There will be plenty more the longer I work here.
Cons
*Healthcare is the only con but eventually it will be great once we really get this boat moving.
