Pros
The people at ASI are first and foremost kind and helpful. Work life balance takes priority over everything else because there's a strong belief from upper management to keep employees (some have been at ASI for 20+ years) and they do this not with gimmicks but with genuine compassion.
Cons
I'm sure that I could be earning a higher salary elsewhere but also know that I would never be as happy there as I am at ASI.
