• Management is on record stating that they have no intention of correcting internal system issues that have been negatively impacting employees for over 4 years.
• Toxic environment where employees are afraid to speak due to fear of retaliation.
• Little to no HR support.
• Sales team members are expected to set their own appointments, provide 1+ hour long demos, provide your own support in the middle of a demo, and perform work related tasks outside of work hours. You will not specifically be told to do this (because that's illegal), but you will be told by the sales manager that only those who work off the clock will be successful.
• Your commission is a reward for your achievement. This achievement will be under intense scrutiny and whether you receive full or any commission for said achievement is NOT guaranteed.
• Thick skin is necessary because you will be spoken to in a "less than polite" manner by management both privately and in front of your entire team.
