Pros
I genuinely love working here and a big part of that comes down to the people at the top. Our leaders are involved and we work with them daily, and that same energy extends into the Atlanta community which is not something you find everywhere. The company actually takes action to show up in the Atlanta tech community and give back, and that is something I am really proud of and think is a big part of what makes us different. ATP takes customer service to another level and hires and operates based on our values, so clients get a consistent experience regardless of who they meet on our team. I really think that is why our client relationships keep growing. They trust us to show up and find the people they need and we do. Uncapped commission is a huge plus, but beyond that there is real room to grow, try new things, and make your role your own. It has a entrepreneurial feel and I love the trust that is given to figure things out and do them well.
Cons
The autonomy and entrepreneurial feel is great, but if you need a lot of consistency and structured approach it may take some getting used to.
