Pros
They provide an opportunity for new techs who lack real experience to get hands on. I recommend using the opportunity as a stepping stone. Learn as much as you can, gain more knowledge and certifications and move on to greener pastures.
Cons
It is a call center, you are micro managed. Free lunch is provided but you work through your lunch. If you are looking for growth as a tech this is not the place that provides it. They use automated tools to fix computer "issues" which a sales rep or customer service rep can use with training. In long run I think that will eliminate the need for real techs in the future. This company is really a sales company that sells useless bloatware to customers and make their computers worse than it was.
