Pros
Advancia had a relaxed environment that helped relieve a lot of stress. If I needed to run to the bank, had a doctor's appointment, or run an errand I could do so without trying to cram everything into my lunch hour or taking time off. Everyone from the upper levels of corporate management to contract employees were always extremely nice and helpful with anything I needed. When a contract ended they always did everything they could to retain their employees and put them to work on any new contracts that came up which I thought was awesome. They cared a lot about their employees and helped me a lot with my professional career.
Cons
On a few occasions in my down time I got pulled into doing things that weren't really in my job description. I didn't really mind it, but it's the only real con I can think of.
