Pros

I can't think of any

Cons

This place is a case study in dysfunction. Feedback is not just discouraged — it’s penalized. Suggest a better way to do something, and you’re suddenly on the radar. God help you if you actually care about doing things efficiently; that’s grounds for a write-up. They routinely push work far outside your job description without ever recognizing the effort. At review time, your extra contributions vanish. Promises made when you're hired — raises, telework, professional development — are nothing more than bait to get bodies in seats. They will not follow through. Management operates in secrecy as if transparency were a threat. Meetings are scheduled with no agenda, no context — just vague calendar invites that leave people stewing in anxiety. It’s clearly intentional. Keeping employees uncertain and off balance seems to be part of the strategy. Even worse, there’s always “a conversation that has to be had,” no matter how trivial the situation. The smallest issue becomes a big deal. You’re constantly pulled aside for pointless, demoralizing talks about nothing. It’s exhausting and infantilizing. The culture is paranoid and joyless. Everyone’s watching their back. Everyone looks miserable. And it shows — turnover is out of control. People flee this place the moment they realize how chaotic and demoralizing it really is. The only reason it stays staffed is because it preys on young, inexperienced people who don’t yet know better. Anyone with real experience either walks out or burns out fast. Avoid this place. There’s no structure, no trust, and no future here.
