Laughable company - Anonymous employee Advancio Employee Review

I have worked here for a year now. I'll be honest, as a professional, when I first started it was a little shaky for me. I wondered what I got myself into. HOWEVER, I have seen and been a part of such a change in Advancio. There is a huge change in the type of people we hire, as far as mind set. People who take pride in their work and are passionate about their work. People that care for their co-workers and work as a team. This company is not for people that just want to come in, sit, work and just get a pay check. I love working here. Yes, there are parts of my day where I have to do tasks that I don't want to do, that aren't exciting or fun. But, the majority of my day is spent doing what I love to do.

Honestly, are there cons? Sure, but they are so minor. You will find cons anywhere you work.

I been working for Advancio for a long time now. Since I been here I have grown my career, abilities immensely and even started a family. Every project is different and always presents a new challenge. The environment is great with good people to work with and great perks (snacks, company events, etc). I been in the field for a while and there are some places you can work at where you hate to get up and go to work. Though it's not perfect, I feel happy with what I do at Advancio and I look forward to getting to work everyday.
