      No work from home even when not on project Always on projects, maybe off 1 week/year No sick days off

      - Growing firm (NYC office doubles every ~1.5 years) - Friendly atmosphere / team - Fast career progression (multiple internal promotions to manager, principal, and partner in NYC) - Exciting projects
