Pros
AdvantEdge is a good place for employees just starting off in the billing and coding field. Managers are good at training and helping a new person understand the company objective
Cons
The philosophy is ClientFirst and yes the client is important without them there would not be a company to work, but sometimes the employee needs to come first. AdvantEdge is not a good place to plan on advancing and making a career.
