During Covid-19 last year the company's CEO sent out weekly updates to all clients regarding status. This helped relieve a lot of pressure.
Cons
Some of our staff were furloughed because our work volumes were down. This was caused because our clients also had tremendous shortages in statements that needed to be sent. The company Paid all their health care cost while they were out and before they came back. It was sad to see some of these people not around but it was good that they were taken care of at least health wise.
