* Constantly recognized employee for doing a good job when they deserved it * Made employees feel part of the company. I worked on government contract and unlike other companies I worked for they did not just drop me off and forget about me. My PM visited regularly * Benefits were really good, medical a little high but it was a PPO, 401K immediate vesting with matching * CEO, VPs, and PMs were open, friendly, and available * For a small company I enjoyed working there, now in a larger company I wish I was back * When I needed help from Corporate for anything they were really helpful and friendly

* Even though they pay most of the medical preimums the medical PPO plan was costly but good * Hiriing and termination process a little awkward - rushed and lack of information - interviews done over the phone * Small companies have some benefits but also cons - no advancement possibilities, limited to what contracts were available * No education assistance
