Pros
Pretty decent people to work for. (but most of the work is part time) Your work orders were sent to you on time, pay was ok and you usually spoke with an actual person when you were given an assignment. There were times when you would get a text asking if you were available (vs a call) and if you were ok with that type of communication then so be it. Your direct deposit was on time as well and the mileage was nice too. Also a plus...your superiors complemented you on your work and they meant it.
Cons
It's difficult to finish some of the work when the client (customer) isn't communicating properly with their own internal I.T. staff or some HP rep outside of the U.S. has messed something up. Then YOU have to handle everyone's " communications "..and that's technically not your job, right ?? Well if you don't then the job doesn't get done. Additionally, some techs don't know how every single HP printer works. A little on the job training would be nice vs " Here's everything you need from HP " ( HA !!..yeah, right ). It's a good thing there are some field techs who make videos and post them. HP's videos are a joke !!... FYI here's a note HP, if you're going to make a video about a printer then do that please..NOT A COMMERCIAL !!!..The techs don't need something with all kinds of happy and chipper music and voice over.
