      Pros

      Happy to be part of a HR / Tech Company that actually practices what it preaches! Culture is Key. Hard Work/ Challenging but Huge Help from Teammates. Constant Training/ marketplace education/ mentorships. I look forward to working each day and road ahead- can't believe I'm saying it- :)

      Although it is a big company- it is growing fast-

      They gained good funding so they have money to spend

      Cons

      Sales is a whole mess. Lack of leadership, lack of processes. Just spray and pray. No accountability. Unrealistic expectations.
