Pros
Small office with individuals that all work really hard, but still know how to have a lot of fun together. Everyone gets along really well and it feels like a work family! I love that the bosses truly care about the employee's and how much positive interaction there is. I also like the genuine appreciation we have for our clients and we all work towards the same goals and improving the company every day.
I had worked at a company for 10 years prior to joining Advastar, and I "thought" I was happy. Advastar has opened my eyes!! I love the team and what we do each day leaves me knowing that we've helped others with getting jobs, and I really like that.
Cons
It's a smaller office, and some people may not like that I guess.
