The staff at ADVENT are really great people. They value interns' opinions and make sure they are getting everything out of their internship. It is a great company and Joe and Cam are very passionate and dedicated to their work.

Great opportunity to learn about conventions and what it takes to sell pop-ups, banners and booths. The team is diverse and open about the terrible owner, so you aren't completely shocked by his two-sidedness.

The entire company walks on egg shells and is completely living in fear every day that it will be their last day at the company. The owner has a terrible temper and tries to belittle every person one day, then is nice and cheery the next. No adequate health care.
