Company's methods of communication can be disorganized at times; however it's not an issue because of how independent you can be.

Advent GX was a great work environment. I was put into positions where I could really grow, develop my skills, and get outside of my comfort zone. I loved being able to work on many projects at once and the team environment. Everyone is really friendly and great to work with!

Very few - if any - downsides to working here.
